LG, which has been out of the smartphone market for a while, wants to return to this market again. According to the latest reports, the company is working on a ‘rollable’ device.

LG’s device, which will have a design that will attract attention, has surprisingly appeared in a new patent. Based on the patent images, we can say that this intriguing model reminds us of the last LG Rollable, which was discontinued in 2021. Here are the details

This interesting patent was officially registered by the South Korean manufacturer on 8 October. The document contains 21 pages of details about this device, which can be expanded to different sizes because it offers good flexibility and has a sliding screen mode.

LG has long been working on a phone with a ‘rollable’ design. This project was basically a smartphone whose screen could expand to grow. However, the company ended production in 2021 and cancelled the project. Three years later, it has now become clear that LG is returning to this project.

Surprise hint came from Galaxy Z Fold 6 rival Huawei Mate X6!

Huawei will soon launch the Galaxy Z Fold 6 rival Mate X6 model. Surprise details about the device have emerged.

In past reports, it was stated that this intriguing device would have an OLED screen, Snapdragon 888 processor, 12 GB RAM capacity, 4,500 mAh battery and finally the ability to expand its screen from 6.8 inches to 7.4 inches.

However, the markings on the screen and concerns about durability were an important point for the project to continue. It seems that the new patent will solve this problem by offering a magnetic system to smooth these markings as well as normalising the screen in general.

What do you think about this unusual phone project?
